Unlit this smells like a Brach's cinnamon disc. Lit, this is a strong copal type of scent, it has a tinge of bitter that I expect is the binder. There is a slight itch to my nose and the smoke is thick like this is burning resin. For a core-free stick, this is quite a nice scent profile as I'm used to fiddling with a few resins and powders to make something similar. I like the sort of sour note of the copal shifting with the bitter and salty. In fact, the salty might mean there is a bit of sandalwood in here, too. I'm starting to wonder at the name, perhaps my analysis of the ingredients is wrong and this is a combination of things that 'smell like' in the same way a scarecrow 'looks like' a person to scare crows away.
